Please do not return any item without prior authorization from our support team.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days
- we only accept Cash on Delivery.
5. Exchanges

6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time:
